Overview
For the Grand Boulevard residential complex, I created a brochure that works both in the sales office on a large vertical screen and on mobile phones when sent to potential buyers. The layout was built specifically with vertical screens in mind, so the flow feels natural whether someone is scrolling on a phone or exploring the touch display.
The brochure highlights the Type A apartments and includes a detailed rendered floor plan, project descriptions, and the services available within the complex. To make it practical, I also added a location map so customers could quickly understand where the project is based. The idea was to keep everything clean and easy to navigate while still presenting the apartments in a professional and attractive way.
