Alongside the digital brochure, I designed a full printed catalog for the Grand Boulevard residential complex. This piece was intended for clients who prefer having something physical to review, so the structure is more detailed and comprehensive. With around twenty pages, the catalog focuses on two apartment types and includes floor plans, rendered visuals, descriptions, and information about the services offered within the project.
